Don't use it. Subscription model is the worst I have experienced, every single detail I want to do I have to pay more. I have to pay 3 different subscription up to $1,000 monthly.
SO SO SLOW! Clunkiest website to use everyday. Each page takes around 20 seconds to load -then they send you notifications "we have changed the colour to a new theme." Honestly who cares? Fix the speed.

The possibly biggest time waster in business. A piece of paper does a better job. I tried hubspot now for 5 years over again. It's complicated, has constant errors and fails to do the very thing why anyone wants to use a CRM.
Hidden Costs & Broken Promises. Don't trust the sales people, whether it's due to a lack of knowledge or something more malicious they get key information about their own products wrong, information that might be the reason why you purchase a subscription with them.

Clunkiest piece of shit software I ever used. It's slow, it's completely counter intuitive, it's bulky pretending not to be, it's HORRIBLE for anything sales. Hubspot is so much overcharging for what they are offering, it's insane.

Do not trust. As soon as we signed the contract, all service disappeared -support goes weeks without an unprompted update, features quietly disappear behind paywalls, no solutions offered.
Absolute miserable experience. We are being using hubspot for a few years and whenever we ask about features, they claim the developers are working on it and that they're unable to provide an ETA. Just checking the Hubspot forums, you can find that these features have been requested for years.

Stay away from this CRM. You will pay hundreds of euro's a month to find out basic features aren't included like CALENDAR. Their support is all over the place. Their expensive onboarding is a once a week joke where someone watches you do the job you thought you paid him to do!

Overall, a total disappointment. Implementing HubSpot proved to be extremely challenging. The pricing structure appears disproportionate to the value delivered. The level of support has been disappointing, with limited continuity due to frequent staff turnover.

Insane price, too complicated. Every feature has own insane price. If you want use staffs you will pay thousands of $.
Limited value and poor integration. The entire web application is slow, and you often have to refresh the page several times to see updated information. This slows down the productivity of your sales and marketing teams.
Stay away unless you have 100s of hours free to learn.
Never, ever again. Hubspot is terrible. As a rep using Hubspot everyday I would never recommend it to anyone. As soon as HS took our money, they disappeared. The sales rep who sold us on it "couldn't be located" and never returned a phone call.
